1. Radial lock nut---R-type precision lock nut

The locking method of locking nuts is radial three-point locking. Its thickness is relatively thin and is suitable for installation environments where the thickness and space are restricted to a certain extent. During radial locking, because the locking copper is perpendicular to the male thread, excessive tightening torque of the locking copper can easily cause the axial load of the nut to be reduced.

2. Flank lock nut---F-type precision lock nut

The F-type locking nut has a locking copper designed at a 30° angle to the thread and does not bear the axial load acting on the thread. When the nut is tightened, the thread surface will not release the axial load and the nut will not deform. Three equally spaced locking coppers can be used to adjust the deviation of other components to be installed on the shaft. Since the locking copper will not deform, the F-type nut can still maintain precision after multiple disassembly and assembly.

3. Tightening and locking --- K-type precision lock nut

The K-type locking nut uses 4-6 high-strength bolts to lock its thread through axial deformation. It is suitable for harsh working environments, easy to loosen, and requires high torque environments. The nut runout accuracy can be adjusted by adjusting the tightening force of the axial screw.

4. Radial nut ---- A-type precision lock nut

The A-type locking method is axial three-point locking. Its thickness is the same as the F series. The axial three-point locking is its characteristic. It is suitable for special environmental restrictions of assembly work.

5. Ordinary AN-type lock nut

The AN-type nut has a simple structure, and the internal thread and end face are processed at the same time to ensure the runout accuracy requirements.
