NBT30-ER32-60L Tool Holder Application:

The NBT30 endmill tool holder is widely used on CNC router machines and CNC milling machines. You can easily find it on auto tool-changer CNC routers like the Laguna Smart Shop 2, etc.

Pull Stud:

The ISO30-ER32-45L Tool Holder uses an HSD-specific pull stud.

The NBT30-ER32-60 Tool Holder uses a BT30-45-degree pull stud.

Keyway:

ISO30-ER32-45L tool holders have keyways.

NBT30-ER32-60L tool holders have no keyways. The NBT30-ER32-60L is a "Without Drive Slots" tool holder, also referred to as a Non-keyway BT30 tool holder cone, NBT30 collet chuck, BT30 tool holder without keyway, or BT30 tool holder without drive slots. Generally, CNC tool holder cones without keyways offer better accuracy and balance during high-speed rotation.

Flange Thickness:

The NBT30-ER32-60L tool holder flange is thicker than the ISO30-ER32-45L tool holder flange.

Tool Forks:

NBT30-ER32-60L tool holders typically pair with Black BT30 Tool Holder Forks, white BT30 tool fork, etc.

ISO30-ER32-45L tool holders usually work with Biesse ISO30 tool forks, Black ISO30-CL Tool Holder Forks, etc.
