This wheel is tooth steel feed roller for moulder, with 120mm dia, 25mm wide, 30mm bore, with keyed shaft. This steel feed wheel is commonly used on four side planer moulder.

The feed roller is used to feed in the raw wood materials to the machine or to convey the processed wooden products out. There are generally two types feed rollers. This type is a steel-structured feed roller with tooth patterns on its outer surface. The tooth can slightly embed into the surface of the raw wood material, facilitating the forward pushing of the wood. The other type features a rubber layer fixed on the surface of the feed wheel, called rubber feed roller, providing elasticity that prevents damage to the surface of the processed wood when conveying.
