5. Check whether the spindle bearing is damaged. The spindle bearing may be worn, causing the spindle to not rotate. You can check the degree of wear of the bearing or use a hand-cranked spindle to check whether the bearing is stable, to determine whether the bearing needs to be replaced.
6. Controller failure
If the power supply is normal and the spindle still cannot rotate, then it may be caused by a controller failure. At this time, we need to check whether the stepper driver and control card are working properly, whether they are connected normally, and whether there are data transmission errors. If there are any problems, the controller needs to be repaired or replaced.
