Woodworking automatic edge banding machines are mainly used for edge banding of panels in furniture manufacturing, usually including feeding, gluing, pressing, cutting, trimming, and other functions. Each function requires a different spindle motor, including gluing, front and back end trimming, rough trimming and fine trimming, scraping, polishing, pre-milling, tracking, and slotting.

1. Conveyor motor: The conveying spindle is used to drive the conveying chain to move and realize the automatic feeding of the board.

2. Gluing spindle motor: The gluing motor is used to drive the gluing device to evenly apply glue on the board and the edge banding strip to ensure that the edge banding strip and the board are firmly bonded.

3. End trimming motor: Two high-speed saw blade spindle motors (left/right) cut the front and rear ends of the edge banding strip to align it with the edge of the board

4. Rough trimming motor: Perform preliminary trimming of the edge banding strip to remove excess material above and below the edge banding strip, which can reduce the cutting blade and wear of the finishing tool

5. Fine trimming motor: Perform fine trimming of the edge banding strip to remove excess edge banding material and make the edge banding smoother.

6. Scraping motor: Remove the corrugated marks generated during the trimming process to make the edge of the board smoother and neater.

7. Polishing motor: Polish the edge-banded board with a cotton polishing wheel to make the edge end smoother.

8. Pre-milling motor: pre-process the edge of the workpiece before edge banding to remove burrs, ripples, etc., to prepare for subsequent edge banding operations and ensure that the edge banding strip fits the board more closely.

9. Slotting motor: used to slot the board to facilitate subsequent assembly and installation
